Like any big, developed city, Toronto could be pretty expensive. But it is possible to see a lot of its famous landmarks without blowing your budget. Let me share this useful tip on how to save on main Toronto’s attractions and drop the price almost twice.
To achieve this goal, you need to buy a Toronto City Pass. Basically, it’s one ticket for this great city’s five most popular landmarks. Let’s see the list of Toronto attractions you can save on:
- CN Tower
and any 4 of these:
- Casa Loma
- Royal Ontario Museum
- Toronto Zoo
- City Cruises Toronto
- Ontario Science Centre.
Make sure to check what’s included on the official website. It could change. There was Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada on this list at the time of our visit, but on the day I’m writing this article, it’s not, which is a shame, honestly. It was one of the best experiences for me. Check my full Toronto TOP 7 must-see list for more information about my favourite attractions.
Now, let’s talk about how much you can save on Toronto’s attractions with Toronto City Pass. Let’s compare today’s prices for one adult just as an example.
The cost of Toronto City Pas is 99.25 CAD (+tax).
The prices of all attractions, if bought separately:
- CN Tower – 43-45 CAD (for General Admission),
- Casa Loma – 40 CAD
- Royal Ontario Museum 26 CAD
- Toronto Zoo 28-38 CAD (depends on the day)
- City Cruises Toronto 30 CAD
- Ontario Science Centre 22 CAD
As you can see, the cost of admission to CN Tower + any three other tickets will bring you over the Toronto City Pass price (even after tax). And if you have time to visit all five places, you will save a lot on these attractions. Make sure to check all prices and special propositions on official websites before your travel, and good luck with your savings!
